Synopsis

The smash-hit Israeli TV series Srugim explores the world of young professional singles in the Modern Orthodox community of Jerusalem.
Life and the search for love continue in the second season of the hit Israeli television series Srugim set in “the Jerusalem swamp,” an Orthodox neighborhood that has nearly everything any other hip neighborhood has except the restaurants are kosher, the skirts longer and there are a lot more synagogues.

Season 2 takes the characters further into their relationships, delves deeper into their individual and religious identities, and continues the saga of their seemingly endless single status. The season opens with a surprising wedding – who did Yifat choose? Throughout the season we follow Yifat’s relationship with her husband and the challenges of married life. A new character is introduced, and we follow him through the difficulties in resolving his personal identity challenges with those of his religious surroundings.
