Lieber-man
Synopsis
The meteoric rise of Avigdor Lieberman signalled a new era in Israel – the steady dominance of right-wing politics and the emergence of a new political elite. But Lieberman himself, who immigrated to Israel at the age of 20 without a penny, remains a mystery. How did he make it? Corrupt or a victim? Racist or pragmatist? And what lies beneath his turbulent relationship with Netanyahu, dating back to the eighties? A new perspective on the recent social changes in Israel.
