Amal
Synopsis
Inspired by true events, Amal follows a determined mother seeking to rescue her son from a violent destiny. After a village shooting, Amal fights for “Sulha” (reconciliation) to stop the cycle of war. Despite her efforts, overpowering chaos sweeps the community, leaving Amal ensnared in the very bloodshed she desperately fought to prevent. Co-directed by Arab and Jewish filmmakers.
