This is not only because of the film dealing with the traumatic subject of rape, but even more because Shaylee Atary chose a unique and strong artistic way of narration. The director masterfully juggles her Mise-en-scene, her actors, the sound and unusual cinematography. The film is at times painful to watch due to the bleakness of its storytelling and we are paralyzed together with actress Yael Elkana and warmed by actor Ben Ze’Ev Rabian. It is a film that does not exploit its characters. A very quiet film, only interrupted by the singing voice of Yael Elkanas character Lali, shaking us to the core. Director Shaylee Atary is an incredibly new strong voice of cinema. We can`t wait to see her masterful storytelling in her first feature on the big screen.”"
