Synopsis

Archival footage and interviews with historians and family members demonstrate life in Palestine-Israel during the British Mandate until the 1970s from the tortuous unique perspective of Jewish-Arab co-existence. Intertwined is the love story between a Christian Arab man and a Jewish woman – both many generations in Palestine – that lasted almost 40 years.
